On behalf of the Entrepreneur, Investors, Board of Directors or Financial Institution, the role of I-COO is filled for purposes of growth or turn-a-round. A dynamic management process has been developed from more than 20 engagements as I-COO, that have ranged from 100 days to one-year, and or rotating with existing management continually.
The I-COO establishes and directs communications amongst leadership, all staff, stakeholders, suppliers and customers. Ensuring requirements, focus, quality, budgets, risk and compliance and return on investment are the underpinnings to the team being motivated and committed to develop and support a progressive culture. Additionally, the I-COO is the centerpoint for Product Dev, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Production, Ditribution, Technology, Customer Delight, Legal, Operations, Investor Relations and other internal and external entities.
Sving time, optimizing processes and creating sustainable Shareholder Value and deploying financial and human resources in an efficient, ethical, team-like, and purposeful manner, are the guiding principles when fulfilling the I-Chief Operating Officer role. Once underway, growth occurs rapidly and decision making and guidance is provided across all facets of the emerging company.

The Senior Advisor role is diverse in nature and fields a variety of questions and circumstances facing leadership. Listening is the key attribute in this role, as clearly understanding the situation or challenge facing leadership is paramount.
Next, discovery of the journey to date and the basis of the "requirements" enables the Senior Advisor and Leadership to explore an array of options. Through comprehensive conversations with leadership and approved team members, the Sr. Advisor, can quickly traverse the situation lucidly and professionally, as solving the queries is the goal.
